f we could get folks to understand “telling and testing isn’t teaching,” then we would all be better off.
@garyackerman I don't care about other people I just want to convince my students of this fact. Sometimes they just don't think they're learning unless I'm telling them to copy notes or examples.
@garyackerman it's like they haven't moved on since behaviourism and the banking model which were pretty much debunked (for education) in the 1960s and 70s.
