@garyackerman management speak "I have a great idea to dismantle this (perfectly working) department/school/ service and do x" 3-10 years later, "I have a great idea let's put together this amazing department/ school/ service" Staff roll their eyes. I have been doing the same job in 5 different schools that just keep getting reorganised.
