@derHennefer@bonn.social Did you read the article? It is a quite complicated issue. Obviously we cannot have absolutely accurate numbers for something that will happen after 50 years. Yet, the science behind such predictions is solid. The ~3.5 billion-climate-immigrants case is just a hypothesis, but it's based on the rest of the article, which includes proven facts on climate change.
