me: okay, as long as I'm still in the union
managers: we're going to pretend we already made you a supervisor

@kukkurovaca That was always our issue at the utility. Once made a supervisor, you were out of the engineer union, and you had to do every stupid thing they wanted. Destroyed a lot of people.
