Tried a #ChatGPT scenario close to my #law practice.

Idea is you're a restaurant owner and you just got hit with a reassessment by the state department of revenue (#tax audit, basically).

It responds pretty well in broad strokes, but definitely seems to be suggesting complying with any request from the DOR *prior* to contacting an #attorney.

#ChatGPT does a better job on the advice front if I just admit that I'm a #tax fraud.

Oooof, but #ChatGPT does then essentially encourage me to commit income tax fraud by not declaring the skimmed cash as income.

Not a *great* look.
