@idoubtit I DO walk in the city (and not a nice area of the city, but could be worse). I added a kettelbell to it to make walking more of a workout.
If you want something more sane, try a backpack filled with weight...even a bag of flour will work at first. I mean a brisk ten minute walk after a meal.
