No social Sec and No Medicare so elderly people homeless everywhere, sick people who can't pay (for say dialysis) will simply die, women will have no control over their own bodies, LGBTQ+ people will be forced back in the closet, immigrants, documented or not, will find their families and lives torn apart, Justice will suffer as Trump'll stack courts with young extremists for generations to come, education will be gutted...and that's in the first 3 months.
