In fact, the ascension of political leaders Trump is friendly with are making parts of the healthcare system being subcontracted to private providers, which is making it much worse.
But right wing politicians are telling us subcontracting is the solution to that decadence, so everything is fine!
I wonder how much money is going directly from those companies pockets into those politicians pockets.
