Optional but recommended: guillotine all the billionaires (and anyone who aspires to become a billionaire) forever.
A universal basic income would be a good start (alongside said guillotine action)
Beware: the strongest tools the people have to keep the ruling class in check are violent revolution and worker's strikes.
The bid for letting AI overtake all jobs and replace them with UBI removes worker's strike power from us.
And violent revolution is more and more unlikely to success as the military is getting more and more based on drones and AI. Military people can have scruples about killing their own families and neighbours. AI doesn't.
