Google's "Nest" series of domestic spy apparatus is now selling for a low 33€.
Google is selling their devices for pennies to get people to turn over more of their data from their private lives - where you live, what your daily rhythm is, what your interests are, what your investment portfolio is comprised of, what music and podcasts you listen to, what products you buy from the supermarket... etc etc etc.
All that you do can and will be turned into a tradable commodity.
@getimiskon If it's wrapped in a fancy package .... 🤪
Weird. I absolutely love my high tech setup. Of course I grew up without AAA games. So there are a lot of new experiences.
Not all of the engineering games I like require good graphics. But something like Space Engineers and Astroneer totally do. I think those were a good time, especially with friends.
There is also 7 days to die, which was fun, but sadly the content ran out. I wish they had smarter electrical systems.
