Being a programmer is just an endless struggle to go from the guy being told to RTFM to being the guy to tell others to RTFM.

@jory I'm not sure its such a viscious cycle. As a coder reading the documentation to learn is effective. Just need good enough documentation that you can read and navigate it easily.
