“We need to build a nuclear bomb because if we don't, bad guys will.”

That's some fucked up logic. Whoever builds the nuclear bomb is the bad guy. All we need is to know whether it can be built and find a way to avoid it.

As it seems we already know it. Now is the time to avoid it.
