@lohang It's a bunch of stuff one (usually figuratively) needs to get started on something. I have never seen the expression used outside of a meme, though. Example: “Insomniac starter pack: coffee and movies.” Not a very interesting example, I guess, but I think you can get the meaning.

@josemanuel I could guess something along those lines. But I was curious about the "Starter Packs" discussed here in the fediverse. It apparently started with a program introduced by BlueSky. Now there are several projects that develop Starter Packs for those who join the fediverse.
