MOHCZ warns about the major risk of covid-19 wave due to the exodus of ukrainian and russian assylum-seekers in the EU.

Reportedly majority of ukrainians are not fully vaccinated and russians lacking sufficient amount of immunoglobin on SARS-CoV-2 to prevent spread and evolution of new variants of concern.

With these known i am still against covid-19 testing at the borders we need to get as many assylum-seekers from the conflict as possible while watching closely for any variant of concern.

If the varian of concern emerges then we have to be quick to impose measures, that won't prevent these people from seeking safety in the EU.
