@kreyren This patience and discipline in working towards an ultimate goal over long periods of time is what the left needs to learn from. Too easy for the left, especially the liberal left, to assume that “the direction of history” is on its side, and to think that this is enough

@kreyren Meaning that US conservatives have spent decades developing networks through building their own institutions, gradually packing state institutions, and creating a hermetically sealed media-ideological space for amplify their ideas. They are thus able to exercise immense power even as demographics and the wider culture slip away from them.
