From a legal point of view I am not comfortable about the sentencing of ruzzians sent to ukraine as war criminals, because based on available informations (which may be false) those are in gross majority people who are born in poverty, permanently brainwashed and forced in the army and threatened with jail if they refuse where they would either die of malnourishment, infection and/or torture if they refuse to fight while threatening that their family would have to pay unreasonable sum of rubles if they do so with reports of some going to war just so that they can feed their families.

So for those reasons they seem more like a victims to me than a war criminals.

And i don't think it's representative of our lawful and democratic society to treat them like they are a NATO soldier who can just tell wesley clark that they won't carry out his commands and be praised as a hero.
