More heavy weapons to be sent to Ukraine.

At Ramstein 3, it was decided that:

- That the US will send 155 mm artillery, HIMARS, Harpoons and more)

- Slovakia will send helicopters.

- Poland, Canada and the Netherlands will send more artillery.

- Germany will send MLRS.
