Btw, Oleg Deripaska, one of Putin's closest partners and supporters is still EU [Cypriot] citizen, despite being sanctioned in all other western countries.

If tourist visas are banned, I won't be able to enter EU for asylum, but Deripaska would be able to have a holiday there.
