FitSM is a free and lightweight standards family aimed at enabling effective IT service management in the broadest range of organisations.
@marind I did the training and certification (for the foundational level) in Paris last week with Sy Holsinger and Yannick Legré. It's very practical and I can see that it would be easy to apply in a variety of contexts. It sounds like we will be using it in some OPERAS-PLUS projects
