I think someday the #fediverse will have "#spam filters" a person can subscribe to -- like Email. Different filters for different people looking to filter out different content.
It would be nice too if there were reaction emoticons so content could be categorized easier.

Not sure, it can filter out keywords, so you could maybe try emojis.
