The official Mastodon app is on iOS but not yet on Android (https://blog.joinmastodon.org/2022/02/official-mastodon-for-android-app-is-coming-soon/).
But there are lots of unofficial Mastodon apps for Android, iOS etc that work just as well as the official one (in fact they have more features). Scroll past the official app to see them:
