@faab64@mas.to I can and did tried the battery. I réinitialized windows and it worked for like a few minutes until I turned it off then I had the same problem

@faab64@mas.to I sent it for repair. 2 to 3 weeks according to the Best Buy guy.
I still have my old Mac but the thing is that I have to do work on many virtual machines. My Mac is 8gb ram and I bought this new computer because I knew I couldn’t keep going with so few memory.
