"any one of the groups that humans are often divided into based on physical traits regarded as common among people of shared ancestry"
Breed::
"a group of usually domesticated animals or plants presumably related by descent from common ancestors and visibly similar in most characters"

So it appears the only difference is when you refer to humans, it's race. I don't know such people's mindset as to argue against what's been standardized.

Both are capable of some sort of genocide and killing for sport(or surplus killing).
