Release the game in segments. A subscribe to play business model.

Do you use a kanban board or anything? What organizational system do you have?
@lucifargundam i used Kanboard for a while. No real complaints*. Lately I use org as a bullet journal but that is getting revised again soon.
if i can figure out how to get agenda to dump a list of completed tasks i may go back away from the bullet journal format. it's nice to have the daily history and i want to keep that but copying the tasks around does not help much.
*i prefer desktop apps but kanboard works.

As someone who works in a globally connected corporate environment, there is a multilayer series of deliberately redundant organizational and communication infrastructures in my daily routine. If the slightest thing doesn't happen within a 2 hr projected leeway, there's going to be overtime across the board.
Did I mention I drink a lot of free coffee?
