I need nice canceling headphones. I don't like loud music, but it needs to compete against the bus and people.

I've come to learn that most headphones cost the same and are often made in the same factories- but different brands/specs.

The best headphones I've ever had were $20 Sony on-ear headphones with battery-powered noise canceling that had that faux leather cushion thing that cuped my ears.

After that, it was Skullcandy. I'm too poor for legit Bose.

@lucifargundam @critical @fluffy i like skullcandy's iem's but i've never used their cans. i would assume them to be decent.

these JBLs were on sale at costco.

downside is a lot of these things are closed back, which is good for noise blocking, but contributes to heating up your head.
