Seeing toots about people using NovelAI in the federated timeline, I wonder how legal it is to do so given it is leaked data of non-free code and models.

I'm not big in copyright (actually I'm pretty much strongly against it the way it is right now), so I have no idea about it. I generally also do not care, am just curious how dangerous talking openly about it is.
