once http out works then i should be able to monitor and interact with the political sim pretty easily (json-rpc 
) that is pretty hype since its a huge part of the responsive world setup. after that part is a big i dunno.

@lucifargundam our tls options on nim are kind of stupid unless i use the third party bearssl module. but it's internal communications so it doesn't even make sense to bother.
