Notifications to inactive accounts begin November 14, 2022. You can use your PayPal account for any of the following simple actions before December 13, 2022 to avoid the fee:

Log in to your account; or
Shop and pay with PayPal wherever PayPal is accepted; or
Send money to friends & family, or vendors for goods & services; or
Withdraw money from your account; or
Donate to a charity with your account

>>Well now, as a company who's had really bad PR lately- you like to rub salt in your own wound, don't you? Logical thing to do now would be to pull out all funds and close accounts. Donate the pennies to charities and organizations.
