Well, my wife, @jolierouge , has been the lone guinea pig at fuzzy roots for a week and I want to migrate my account but I'm a bit nervous.
The instance _is_ running but it doesn't perform like I expect (here on a 5yo[?] instance).
E.g. I wanted to show her #MovieBowl but when we searched the tag, literally nothing showed up.
Are new instances doomed to never get older content from other servers? Will migrating change this?

What does the federated connections look like?
I'm not familiar with that instance, so I don't know what you're dealing with.
