Fearing using the heating because of the cost, and trying as hard as you can to delay that first ignition of a boiler (or similar) feels like something you shouldn't have to do in a civilized world.
Sure, don't be silly with fuel and heating, but you should be able to stay warm
I'm just pointing this out, obviously if you stay at my gaff I don't charge for the heating

It's a good deal, the roof is always on fire.
