Welp, I made this damn mistake again. Made an assumption without validating it first hand.
Just got done editing my toot to explain what a dumbass I am, and finished individually replying to everyone that replied to that toot 😰
I could blame it on a busy week and lack of sleep, but I think it's really just bad habits. In the heat of the moment, I need to take the time to slow down and investigate before taking to Twitter/Mastodon/Blog post, screaming that the sky is falling.
