replacing childrens textbooks with extremely controvertial materials

business ethics :blobcatterrified:
@lucifargundam on a more serious note it was a thought about how people whine about millenials at work and nobody thinks about how we're like 2-3 generations removed from any kind of moral frameworks being distributed
@icedquinn @lucifargundam you know we're just too too tired from adulting to deal with moral frameworks heckin' puppers!

@harblinger @icedquinn
Every generation gets it wrong by the previous iterations standards. Continuing expectations just furthers the pointless cycle of disappointment.

@harblinger @lucifargundam corpos have been whining about it and i don't think anyone realizes nobody actually teaches decorum they just demand people automatically know it :blobcatgoogly:

i think this learned-helpless-cowardice from the way schools work is also why we see such a huge influx of little bitch authoritarians. they won't stand up and fight for their territory, they rely on shadow bans and all kinds of weird conflict avoidance means to .. still be tyrants.
@icedquinn @lucifargundam I keep thinking we're in some sort of gayed up watered down Victorian era where people have lost connection with their 'indomitable human spirit' and instead have become caught up in made up neo-ettiquite, nit picking each other to death

no decorum, but what about the pronoun preambles? And are those wielded as status/class indicators.............

glad I'm not deep in society, seems like a mess, and honestly always has, just different styles
