I'm trying to upload more videos on a daily basis but everyone can if they like to!
By default anyone can upload to 512Mb videos with basically unlimited storage, there is also a "premium tier" (to pay for the server and storage) that allows people to upload up to 1GB per video but that's hardly needed I guess
It's just a basic PHP platform with ffmpeg to convert videos into the right formats and multiple resolutions
It's not federated nor will it be! I have already so many federated platforms by now 
I once made a Drupal module that converted videos to libcaca conversions.
No one ever cares about my junk.
