@jerry I had Supermicro as a supplier in 2016-2019: it was a common secret for a lot of their large customers that their finances were questionable at best, laughable at worst.

I'm sure there are still some servers that my former employer ordered in 2012 running today...built like horses. We had more issues with Intel SSD's wearing out or memory modules going bad than we did the motherboards themselves.
