That's just how statistics works. There are 8 billion people currently competing for Most Hilarious Death, they can't all be winners.
I have questions about the "being launched" in the last bullet point tho. I feel that wording leaves a lot of room for situations that should qualify.

@annierau @petealexharris wait, what this is saying is that they ran over a bear with their car. The fact that they killed it is mentioned only at the end. No word as to whether this was reckless driving from the start.
