@TheConversationUS I used to live in Germany. My doctor got preoccupied by a symptom I had and told me to stay in quarantine until my tests were out. The tests came and she couldn't explain them. Years later, back in Bulgaria, when a doctor saw me, he immediately recognised a typical Mediterranean anemia.
