Don't get me started on this subject! Yes, Jesus was a socialist, which is why it is increasingly puzzling for me, why the so called Evangelicals beleive in the prosperity gospel! Jesus would have been vehemently opposed to their beliefs, which is why I call them the anti-Christ from the book of Revelations.
I'm an atheist myself, but most of these evangelical goofs don't even follow what their own book says - They're also schziophrenic in their meandrings as they can't decide whether they follow the New Testament or the Old! Followers of Jesus can't be following the Torah, which the old testament closely resembles in my opinion.
