今天去健身房,发现我臀部肌肉稍微回来一点,深蹲机50kg起始重量可以蹲三个了(早年我也是蹲70的人,希望早日回归)。有人上团课把我做肩推最常用的17.5拿走了,结果我只能惨兮兮用12.5。感觉这次跑八公里完全让我有动力开始运动了!!
