Can anyone recommend a good, non-religious book about counting one’s blessings? My adult son is having some issues. He wants a lot, does little to afford what he wants, is dissatisfied with his life and angrily takes it out on others.

He is in the way of his own contentment and happiness. Any ideas?

@girlanachronism The Daily Stoic by Ryan Holiday. A few other books by that author, too.
