@doctormo It turns out everything is rotated by 180 degrees twice, which is weird. I'm guessing it's due to the image's editing history. I'll keep experimenting with manual editing in emacs out of curiosity. My best bet may be to redo the figure entirely if I care enough. Thanks for the tips!
