Interpretation example 1:
(Emphasis on boredom as an internal feeling, state of being, and inspiration - an external feeling/stimulus, a state of the world) it is not your fault if you are bored, you just need something or someone(wink wink) in your life to inspire you~

Interpretation example 2:
(Emphasis on the word life, as in "entire life") A singular event of being bored signifies an innate (genetic?) condition of uninspired person, I'm afraid you'll have to accept your inferiority and live with it for the lest of your life.
