Should we blame MQ for its contribution to global warming?
@lgatto To be honest: is there any analysis of the global warming effects of a proteomics experiment? I fear a big SUV-like carbon trace following each .raw/.d file/folder along, looong before any MaxQuant is coming up at the horizon.
