You've probably seen me bemoan the trouble getting some articles into the public.

Last year (SPRING!) I wrote an #AI primer about #LLMs limitations targeted to non-expert healthcare workers. A journal sat on it for more than 6 months before dismissing it. I've sent it around. I consistently get:

1) There are too many LLM articles.
2) This is too simple. Everyone knows the limitations of LLMs.
3) The next LLM generation will be better so your concerns are invalid.

I gave up on publishing.
