I attended a college dinner a long time ago now at which one of the speeches was from a don bemused at the way that students had started acting like customers rather than like students.
Which all believed was down to the ending of student grants and the introduction of fees.
@TimWardCam @koen_hufkens Students have started acting as customers because universities have started acting as shops... lt seriously irks me when someone complains about distribution of marks not conforming to a B-centered normal distribution...
