Trying to limit these sort of posts because they're mostly tedious and more negative/critical than I want to be right now.

I understand the frustration behind the Home Invaders post; I really do. Still, I can't stop imagining that same post aimed at literal refugees and physical spaces and thinking how ugly it all sounds. I know that's not what was intended but I can't shake the parallels.

I'm not really up for an argument about it; I didn't go out my way to pick fights on the Birbsite and I'm not interested in starting now. I'm still fumbling my way through CW usage, trying to get back to posting my normal derpy discoveries of old tech, weird tech books, Foodsperiments, vidjagames, and the occasional jabbering about nuclear safety and farty waste tanks at Hanford.

I still need to write a proper introduction.
