Challenge: Create a document with an appendix which follows bog-standard appendix header numbering rules (e.g. A, A.1, A.1.1, ..., B, B.1 and so on) analogous to those for chapter numbers (1, 1.1, 1.1.1, ... 2, 2.1, 2.1.1 and so on).
