@kkarhan @arstechnica Sounds like a bad ru- Wait. It's the Fifth Circuit. The Fifth Circuit covers Texas and Louisiana, two very Republican states (and ones notorious for violating people's rights... unless, it's the freedom to walk around with a rifle).
It's probably the worst court in the country.
