A request: I want to incorporate gentle exercise into my days, less for weight loss and more for, like, feeling better in my body. I have lupus, which comes with joint pain, and I'm also just very chronically fatigued and I think adding a little more movement would be good for me. But I historically despise working out because it makes me feel worse, not better, so it needs to be at the most novice level.
Suggestions? Please don't recommend neighborhood walks, they're impractical right now.
