Helping my 70 year old nontech mother in law with her finances. She has to pay a large bill online using credit card. On the website, it simply shows the message that "Payment was declined " without clear reason of why it was declined.
Then she got this cryptic email containing JSON message.
I understand the error because I am a developer working with 3rd party web integration all the time. But this is not human readable email.
Are they just expecting everyone to feed these into AI tools now?
