Vaccination saves lives and money in two ways.
1) Directly reducing hospitalization and other health care costs in those vaccinated
2) Reducing transmission and thereby protecting even the unvaccinated.
Free COVID boosters would be an excellent public health investment.

@ct_bergstrom You'd be amazed how many people, while admitting that vaccination greatly reduces severity and duration of illness, nevertheless for some bizarre reason insist it doesn't reduce transmission; a take that defies both logic and evidence.
